Does Thinaer use RFID?

Yes, RFID is one of several sensing technologies Thinaer deploys as part of our hardware-agnostic approach. We utilize battery-free RAIN RFID sticker beacons to passively track assets, particularly for inventory management, low-value assets, and high-volume applications where cost per tag is critical.

RFID Technology Overview

RFID (Radio-Frequency Identification) uses electromagnetic fields to automatically identify and track tags attached to objects. Tags contain electronically stored information that can be read using RFID readers and antennas connected to our gateway infrastructure.
